About Us

Through one-on-one sessions and powerful group programmes, I approach life coaching like a personal trainer might, without all the yelling and sweat. Just like with physical fitness, we’ll identify which areas of your life are feeling cramped up or out of shape, make a plan to reach your goals, and then we’ll get to work. Like the muscles of your arms or legs, new habits take practice to strengthen. It won’t be easy, but you’re here because you’re ready.
